Winter Break Camp at LASER at Bryant

LASER Childcare is offering Day Camp during Winter Break at LASER at Bryant from Monday, December 18th to Friday, December 29th. LASER is closed on December 25th and January 1st.

Please see flyer below for daily field trips. Day Camp hours for care are 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. The cost is $55 per day per child.

You must order a ticket for each child and each day you would like care.

Children must be between the ages of 5 to 12 years old in order to attend day camp. Please drop off children by 10:00 am. You will be charged for pick-ups after 6:30pm; $10 for the first 10 minutes and $2 per minute thereafter.

You must cancel by Thursday, December 14th at 6pm or you will be charged for camp. LASER does not provide refunds for sickness or non-attendance. If you’re child does not attend LASER, there is additional paperwork that must be completed and received before your child may attend camp.

Children should bring a nut-free, non-perishable bag lunch and weather-appropriate clothing.

The deadline to register for camp is Thursday, December 14th at 6 pm. For any desired sign ups after this time, you will need to contact us directly at billing@laserchildcare.org. If space is available, you will be charged $65 per day for camp,

FAQs

What do I need to bring to camp?

Please pack a non-perishable, nut-free sack lunch and weather-appropriate clothing. On Wednesdays, please pack a swimsuit, towel and any other swimming accessories in your child's backpack.

What food is provided?

We provide a morning snack around 8:30 am and afternoon snack around 4:30 pm. Lunch is NOT provided; please pack a non-perishable, nut-free sack lunch in your child's back pack.

What time will you return from the field trip?

We should be back at LASER by 4:30 pm.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your registration is only valid for the day listed on your ticket. If you need to switch days, you must order a new ticket for the desired day. If you need to cancel a specific day, please email billing@laserchildcare.org.

What is the refund policy?

You must cancel by Thursday, December 14th at 6pm or you will be charged $55 for camp. LASER does not provide refunds for sickness or non-attendance.
